4. Enter the "code" received by your cell phone.

5. If it still does not work, "Check for Updates" for your zoom; update zoom to version 5.0.x；try above steps one more time.

How to rename: 

Please click on “participants”, then find your name in the list. Then put the mouse on your name, click on “more” and rename as the format: Name (Affiliation).
